Designing Annabels pop up bar Vienna was a true pleasure.
When I first saw the empty space thousands of ideas crossed my mind, many possible color schemes and various design ideas made it hard to decide on one scheme.
After some mood board variations we decided on Farrow and Ball`s Hague Blue for the walls and ceiling and burned orange as the contrast color.
An old pharmacy shelving which we found at a vintage sale was the centerpiece of the bar. I combined the vintage shelving with a rather modern and practical bar structure which we covered with a customized floral wallpaper. The flowers pictur the Annabel hydrangea, which I chose in honor of the owner Annabel Loebell. Keeping the Wiener Moderne background of the venue in mind we added 3 typical Viennese pendant lamps. The DJ console we painted in the same color as the walls and covered it with a gold mirror foil. Vintage furniture, cozy sheep fur, crystal candle holders and some vintage madonna statues added to the picture.
